Bill Tracking Spreadsheet Template

Bill Tracking Spreadsheet Template – The state of your facts. By sending invoices, credit notes and quotes to your customers by clicking the “Submit” button you can select several options:

Send the invoice as a link
Send the invoice to the email as a PDF
Or both options
At Debitoor we recommend you send invoices as links, so when your client clicks on the link, you can view the invoice and you will know if it has been opened or not.

Track the status of invoices

To check that your document has been sent and viewed, you just have to be on your list of draft / unpaid facts / budgets. At the beginning of each line, see the icon of a document, if the document has a single document that has sent the invoice to its client (if you place the mouse over the icon will “Sent”).

Instead, if it appears in the document, it means that your customer has received and seen the invoice (if the mouse over the icon appears “Seen”). This way, always see the process of sending your documents.

If you decide to send the invoice as a PDF, I can not track the status of the invoice, ie you will not know if your customers have received it and opened it.
