1. Save a spreadsheet

Save a spreadsheet that was created and edited in Excel. In Excel, when the application is interrupted, you must save or otherwise lose the job. When you save, the worksheet is saved as a file on your computer. You can then open the file, change it and print it.

Save a spreadsheet in the following steps.

Click the Save button (Save button).

Click Save.

Click the Save button on the Quick Access toolbar.

Specify the location where you want to save the worksheet.

Click Document.

The saved file is located in the Documents folder.

Confirm that the saved file is in the Documents folder.

Double-click the file.

The Excel home screen appears and the spreadsheet is displayed.

Tip: You can also use the Open Office button
